Refund Policy

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all services provided by Far Horizon, a commercial representation and consulting company for European companies operating in China and Asia.

2. General principle

All services offered by FarHorizons are carried out on the basis of an agreement, contract or quote accepted by the client.
Once the service has been initiated, no refund is automatic.

All refund requests must be made in writing using our contact form.

3. Reimbursement Decision

FarHorizons evaluates each request on a case-by-case basis.
The decision to grant or deny a refund rests solely with Far Horizon and is based on:

  • of the stage of progress of the service,

  • costs already incurred

  • and the specific circumstances of the request.

No refund will be due if the services have been partially or fully provided in accordance with the contract or quote.

 

4. Processing times

In the event of an exceptional acceptance of a refund, it will be processed within a maximum of 30 working days from the written decision of Far Horizon.

FarHorizons remains attentive to its customers and is committed to examining all requests in a fair and transparent manner.
