Ready to get your first customers in China?

F.A.Q

1. Why do your prices follow a decreasing model (5000 → 4000 → 3000 → 2000 €)?

Because our approach is progressive and reflects the real rhythm of market entry in China:

  • Month 1: deep immersion, market alignment, activation

  • Month 2: active prospecting + first introductions

  • Month 3: structured pipeline + negotiations

  • From Month 4 onward: stable pipeline, follow-up, and closing

The pricing mirrors the intensity and value delivered at each stage.

2. How long does it take to generate the first commercial opportunities?

Typically 4 to 8 weeks.

China requires time, reputation, and credibility.

We work fast — but we work properly.

3. Do you guarantee results?

No.

As in all serious consulting and business development missions, we operate on a best-effort obligation, not a results obligation.

However, we guarantee:

  • real and qualified pipeline

  • credible introductions

  • daily prospecting activities

  • transparent reporting

4. What exactly does the monthly retainer include?

The retainer covers:

  • local prospecting

  • qualified introductions

  • meetings organised with decision-makers

  • negotiation support

  • preparation/localisation of sales materials

  • cultural & strategic advisory

  • full monthly reporting

  • continuous presence on Chinese channels (WeChat, phone, local tools)

No hidden fees. No surprises.

5. Why do you charge commissions in addition to the monthly retainer?

Because our work generates real contracts.
The retainer covers the work — the commission covers the success.

Unlike Chinese sales agents:

We are not paid only on commission,
which avoids aggressive behaviour and ensures high-quality representation.

6. What happens if a prospect introduced by you signs a contract after the mission ends?

Commissions apply for 24 months after the end of the Agreement, as stated in the contract.

This is standard practice for introduction-based commercial missions.

7. How can I terminate the collaboration?

After the first 4 months, you may terminate at any time with:
30 days’ written notice.

We strive to keep clients by performance, not constraint.

8. Do you offer shorter or cheaper packages?

No.

A serious market entry in China requires:

  • time

  • local presence

  • professional prospecting

  • credibility

  • commitment

A “light” package would produce zero results.

We prefer to be honest:

It’s better to do nothing than to underinvest in China.

9. Can I choose the annual payment option? What are the advantages?

Yes, you may prepay the year at:

€27,000 VAT incl. (10% discount).

Benefits:

  • secured budget

  • long-term visibility

  • smoother strategic planning

  • deeper engagement and continuity

10. Do you work with all types of companies?

We accept:

  • structured SMEs and mid-caps

  • companies with a clear value proposition

  • organisations committed for at least 3–6 months

We decline:

  • companies without a competitive advantage

  • “test” projects without budget

  • opportunistic approaches without vision

Our goal is impact — not executing missions doomed to fail.
